Travel to Kuchl in SalzburgerLand
Thanks to its central location in SalzburgerLand and an excellent infrastructure with all forms of transportation, Kuchl is always within quick, safe and easy reach.
Arrival by car
From the south (Graz, Villach) via the Tauern Autobahn (A 10) as far as Golling (Exit 28), through the town of Golling heading north towards Kuchl.
From the north (A9 from Munich or A1 from Vienna), stay on the autobahn as far as the interchange in Salzburg, then switch to the A 10 Tauern Autobahn and continue as far as Kuchl (Exit 22). In order to reach the town center, after the autobahn exit ramp follow the main road to the left.

In Austria, cars, motorbikes and light RVs must purchase a toll sticker in order to use all autobahns and expressways. You can purchase this sticker at all border crossings (petrol stations, rest stops).

Arrival on public transportation
Using the bus or train, you have comfortable, uncomplicated transportation to Kuchl, also allowing you to enjoy the glorious mountain views during your journey.
Kuchl railway station is in the center of town, while the Kuchl-Garnei stop is around 4 km from downtown. Different bus stops will put you close to your chosen destination. Salzburg main station is a hub for all important domestic and international connections.

Arrival by air
Salzburg W. A. Mozart Airport lies around 25 km from Kuchl, easy to reach using public transportation as well as your own vehicle.
Munich Airport is a major hub for all long-distance flights, located about 2 hours from your holiday destination here in Kuchl. From Munich Airport, you can travel to Salzburg and then make a direct connection to Kuchl.
