Bio-Hofkäserei Fürstenhof lies in a peaceful setting, flanked by lush, green meadows and surrounded by the imposing mountain world of the Tennengau. Here, through painstaking work, the milk from magical Jersey cows is processed into 30 different varieties of the finest raw-milk cheeses imaginable. As you visit this organically-run dairy, you will see first-hand the full path taken by milk, from taking care of the cows themselves to presenting the finished cheese. Plus, you will also have the opportunity to make your very own cheese.
In the pleasant farm cafe, you have a great way to add the perfect finishing touch to your day at the farm. Or serve yourself delicious vegetarian foods at the buffet table. In the lovingly designed farm shop, you will also be able to sample whatever takes your fancy and then take your favorite cheeses home with you!
