SHEEP’S CHEESE

"Geyerspichlgut" farm, owned by the Springl family, is located at the foot of the mountain Hoher Göll. At their mountain farm, they rear East Frisian dairy sheep amidst lush green meadows. Sustainability and nature-friendly processes are the top priorities at the farm. All the milk from the pasture-fed sheep is processed at the farm itself and is used to make a wide variety of specialities. The Springl family warmly welcomes guests at the farm, and gives them a little insight into how milk sheep are reared organically.
